Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Timelines for custom orders will vary depending on the nature of the item; we encourage you to contact us to discuss your needs. In the event of unusual delays, such as those relating to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will endeavour to keep you informed of the status of your order. Please note that order-processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free regular shipping within Canada for orders over $100. Orders will ship by Canada Post and are estimated to arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

For orders under $100, or should you wish to select expedited shipping, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

In-store pickup

You can also select free local pickup at our studio located in the Distillery District of Toronto (15 Case Goods Lane, Toronto ON M5A 3C4). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days (or, for custom orders, within the timeframe discussed with you). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

In-store pickup is by appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@spokejewellery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@spokejewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
